At Tanzanite Homes in Natomas, general contractor Interwest Construction needed a cleanup partner who could keep pace with a 40-building, 211-home build-to-rent community and hand over every home leasing-ready: one-, two-, and three-bedroom plans from 726 to 1,501 sq ft, plus a clubhouse and fitness center.
These were finishes that show every fingerprint: quartz countertops, LED-backlit vanities, wood-style flooring, and glass throughout. Omega's crews worked building by building through progressive and final cleans, detailing kitchens, baths, windows, and floors to model-home standard. More than 208,000 sq ft of residential final clean in all.
The result: homes ready for photography, leasing, and move-ins. The community went on to win Best Built-For-Rent Community Product Design at PCBC 2024.
