Privacy Policy
Effective July 23, 2026 · Alvarez & Partners LLC DBA Omega Clean-up (CSLB #1107189)
This policy covers this website (omegacleanup.com) and the Omega Platform, our internal operations application at app.omegacleanup.com used by Omega Clean-up employees and office staff. Short version: we collect only what we need to run a construction cleanup business, we never sell it, and we share it only with the service providers that make the business work.
What we collect on this website
- Information you submit through our estimate and work-order forms: name, company, phone, email, project details, and site addresses. We use it to respond to your request and schedule work.
- The site-address field offers Google-powered address suggestions; text typed there is processed by Google Maps Platform to produce suggestions.
- Basic hosting logs (our site is served by Netlify).
What the Omega Platform collects
- Employee accounts (name, work email or personal email used as a login, role) — accounts are created by the owner; there is no self-signup.
- Work records: time-clock punches (times and job picked — no GPS tracking), schedules, work orders, job-site photos, and customer sign-off signatures.
- Business records: projects, estimates, invoices, and payment status for the work we perform.
How information is shared
- QuickBooks Online (Intuit): invoices and customer/job names sync to our QuickBooks company for accounting, under Intuit's terms and our authorization. We do not send employee time-clock data or photos to Intuit.
- Google: encrypted business files are backed up to our own Google Workspace storage; address fields use Google or OpenStreetMap-based suggestion services (only the typed address fragment is sent).
- Infrastructure: hosting and data storage run on Vercel, Netlify, and Supabase (data stored in the United States); transactional email is delivered by Resend.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Security and retention
Access to the Omega Platform is invite-only with per-role permissions; connections use TLS; integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Business records are retained as required for accounting, licensing, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
Employees can review their own records in the app. To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold about you, contact us — California residents may also exercise rights under the CCPA.
