Terms of Use — Omega Platform

The Omega Platform (app.omegacleanup.com) is the internal operations application of Omega Clean-up. It is not a public service and is offered only to Omega Clean-up employees, office staff, and other people the owner authorizes. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Accounts are created by Omega Clean-up and are personal to you — don't share credentials, and tell the office immediately if a device with access is lost or stolen.
• Use the app only for Omega Clean-up business: recording time worked, viewing schedules, documenting job sites, and managing company records you're authorized to see.
• Time-clock entries must reflect actual time worked; corrections are made by the office and every change is logged.

Company data

Everything in the platform — business records, photos, documents, and reports — is the property of Alvarez & Partners LLC. Accounting data syncs to our QuickBooks Online company; the accounting ledger of record is QuickBooks.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided as-is for internal business use, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Access ends when your authorization ends (for example, when employment ends).
